Refund Policy
I understand that not every program is a good fit for everyone who enrolls. And I want you to be happy with your decision.
So if you enroll, start the lessons and find that this workshop is the wrong fit for you, you can receive a full no-questions-asked refund if you follow the procedure below:
Submit your request for a full refund in writing so that I receive it no later than 11:59 pm Eastern time, on the 14th day after your workshop enrollment date.
For example, if you enroll on the 1st day of the month, you'll have until 11:59 p.m. on the 15th day of the month to request your refund.
- Include the name and email address you used to enroll in the program, since we need this information to process your refund, and
- Send your request to [email protected] or bookmark this page and submit the refund request form below. You should receive acknowledgement that I've received your request right away.
- I'll cancel your enrollment within 48 hours. The refund will be sent to the account you used to enroll.
