About The Nonprofit Founders' Circle

 

The Nonprofit Founders' Circle is an ongoing membership experience that offers virtual and live training, coaching, and accountability from an experienced nonprofit leader and consultant.

Inside the Founders' Circle, you’ll have a few simple ways to get support when you need it:

  1. Join live monthly training & co-working events.  Choose your class, and attend live or catch the replay inside the membership. And if you're working on a project and want help, drop by for co-working.
  2. Follow A Structured Path (If You Prefer). If you want a clear path to follow after forming your nonprofit, The Nonprofit Growth TrackTM  lets you do that at our own pace.
  3. Get Support Between Sessions. Return to past recordings, revisit resources, and have a place to turn when questions come up.

Your nonprofit is official, and it's time to start fulfilling the mission. That can be overwhelming at the start, so I created the Nonprofit Growth TrackTM to walk you through the first steps of establishing your nonprofit. Take it at your own pace, and be sure to ask for help when you need it.

PHASE 1: START UP

This phase is for the founder who has only created the corporation and needs to finish the remaining filings.

PHASE 2: SET UP

This short phase helps members continue establishing their nonprofit's identity and credibility.

PHASE 3: BUILD UP

In this phase members implement business disciplines that promote effective programs and operations.

PHASE 4: GROW UP

In this phase, members learn & implement activities that lead to long-term sustainability and strong leadership.

Can I join the program if I haven't created a nonprofit yet?
No, it is for those who have formed a nonprofit corporation, even if that's as far as you've gotten. I offer other programs for aspiring founders. 

Is this just a course?
No, it's an interactive resource that gives members access to live help, as well as other nonprofit-related resources--including educational content. Members can participate as much or as little as they want in live events and access other resources any time, 24/7.

What if the live events don't fit my schedule?

The live monthly event dates are listed inside the member area, where you can also find event recordings.

Do I have to make a long-term commitment?
No. Membership is month-to-month. Stay for as long as you choose.
